1. Check your spam or junk folder
Look for an email from us in your spam or junk folder, then mark it as "not spam" or "not junk" and move it to your inbox.
Spam filters can be set up in two places: at your email provider, like Gmail or Yahoo, and within your email app, like Outlook or Thunderbird. Check both if the email is missing.
2. Add our email address to your safe senders list
Adding our email address to your safe senders list is the best way to stop future emails from getting blocked or sent to spam.
Click your provider for instructions.
My email is on a work or school domain
We recommend contacting your IT team. Ask them to add [email protected] to the safe senders or allow list. There may be a block or filter on the email server that's keeping our messages from reaching you.
Gmail
Open Gmail and log in to your account.
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
Click "Create a new filter."
In the "From" field, enter [email protected].
Click "Create filter" at the bottom of the form.
Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam."
Click "Create filter" again to save your settings.
Outlook
Open Outlook and log in to your account.
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
Go to "Mail," then "Junk email."
Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."
Enter [email protected].
Click "Save."
Yahoo
Yahoo doesn't offer a safe senders feature. Instead, mark our email as "not junk" in your junk folder to train its filters, and add [email protected] to your contacts.
Then check your blocked addresses:
Go to Settings (gear icon), then "Security and privacy."
Select "Blocked addresses."
Make sure [email protected] isn't listed. If it is, remove it.
Apple Mail (iCloud)
iCloud doesn't offer a safe senders feature either. Instead, mark our email as "not junk" to train its filters:
Open iCloud Mail and log in to your account.
Click the "Junk" folder in the left pane.
Select the email.
Click the "..." icon at the top of the email.
Choose "Move to Inbox."
Proton Mail
Open Proton Mail and log in to your account.
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right corner and select "Settings."
Go to the "Filters" tab on the left.
Click "Add filter."
Name your filter, for example "Willful allow list."
Under "If," select "The sender," "Contains," and enter [email protected].
Click "Insert."
Under "Move to," select "Inbox, Default" and click "Save."
Zoho Mail
Open Zoho Mail and log in to your account.
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right corner and select "Mail settings."
Go to "Anti-spam list" under "Email administration."
Click "Add new whitelist."
Enter [email protected].
Click "Save."
3. Double-check your email address
Make sure you entered the right email address when you requested the code or sign-in link. A small typo is enough to stop delivery.
If you use Apple's Hide My Email or a similar forwarding service, make sure your emails are forwarding correctly.
4. Try signing in with a password instead
If you've set a password on your account before, you can use it to sign in right away instead of waiting on an email. Look for "prefer to use a password?" on the sign-in screen.
If you haven't set a password yet, or can't remember it, use the "forgot password?" link on the password screen to reset it. If that still doesn't work, contact our support team and we'll help you get back in.
5. Check your internet connection
A connectivity issue can sometimes stop the email from sending in the first place. Try a different connection to see if that's the cause.
6. Contact us
Still not receiving your email? Reach out to our support team and let us know what you've already tried, so we can look into the delivery on our end.
