Requesting a refund

If you no longer wish to use Willful or believe you're eligible for a refund, you can submit a request through our support team.

Refund policy and limitations

  • Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original payment date.

  • Refunds are not offered due to life changes that make Willful no longer suitable for you.

  • Refunds are not available beyond 30 days from the original payment date.

  • We offer one refund per customer lifetime. If you have received a refund in the past, any future accounts or purchases are considered final and ineligible for further refunds.

Premium Coverage x2 refund

If you purchased Premium Coverage x2 and one of your invitees is unable to use their plan:

  • Willful offers a refund for an unused plan within 30 days of purchase.

  • You can also consider inviting another person who may need a will to make the most of your Premium Coverage x2 purchase.

Overview of refund process

  • You can request a refund by contacting us by email, live chat, or requesting a callback.

  • Please provide your full name, the email address linked to your Willful account, and outline the reason(s) you are requesting a refund.

  • Once approved and processed, the refund will appear on the credit card used for the original purchase within 5-10 business days.

  • As part of issuing a refund, your Willful account will be permanently deleted. If you decide to use Willful again in the future, you will need to go through the full sign-up and document creation process again.
