Overview of Willful's referral program
Willful's Refer-a-Friend program allows existing customers to:
Share a unique referral link with friends and family
Give a 20% discount to the person they refer
Earn a $30 Giftogram gift card to a retailer of your choice when that person purchases a Willful plan
To participate, you must have purchased a Willful plan. Your referred loved ones must be new to Willful and cannot apply additional promo codes.
Referral program rules and limitations
New customers only: Referral discount and reward only apply if the referred person has never signed up for Willful before
No other discounts: Using another promo code voids the referral
Referral link required: Without the referral link, we can’t track the referral
Plan purchase required: Rewards are only issued when a Willful plan is purchased, not for account sign-ups
Unlimited referrals: There's no cap on how many people you can refer or how many rewards you can earn

I purchased my plan before I got a referral link - can I get a refund for the discount?
Unfortunately, referral discounts are only available at the time of purchase for new customers. However, you can still refer others and earn rewards.
Can I refer someone outside my province?
Yes! As long as they are a new Willful customer and meet the other criteria, location doesn't impact the referral. Willful is available in all 10 provinces in Canada.
What if my friend forgets to use my referral link? / What if I referred someone by word of mouth?
We can only track referrals through your unique link and only those are eligible for rewards. If your friend doesn't use it or applies a different promo code, we can't attribute the referral to you, which means that neither the discount nor the reward will be applied.
Why didn’t the referral discount appear at checkout?
If the discount isn’t showing, your friend may not have used your link or may have applied another promo code. They can contact our support team to investigate.
