Promo codes can help you save on your Willful purchase. Whether you've received a code from a promotion, referral, or partner offer, here’s how to make sure it gets applied correctly at checkout.
How to apply a promo code
If you were referred by someone, you do not need to apply a promo code but instead needs to click on the referral link that they provided you to apply your referral discount.
If you received a link from a Willful partner, you also do not need to apply a promo code. Instead, you should use the unique link provided by the partner to sign up or log in. This will trigger a pop-up in your account and automatically apply the discount for you at checkout.
If you have a promo code, follow these steps to apply it to your order:
Go to your shopping bag: Click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page (next to the menu).
Locate the promo code field: Scroll down past the total price until you see "Promo code (optional)". Click the arrow next to it to open the input field.
Enter your code: Copy and paste your promo code into the designated field. Double-check for typos or extra spaces.
Click "Apply": Your discount will be applied immediately if the code is valid.
Complete your purchase: Enter your payment information and click "Confirm and pay" to finish your transaction.
Note that promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers. Promo codes also cannot be used with gift cards or when purchasing a gift card.
Troubleshooting promo code issues
If your promo code isn’t working, try these steps:
Copy and paste the code directly from the source.
Remove extra spaces before or after the code.
Refresh your browser and re-enter the code.
Clear your cache and try again.
