Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information and every saved or completed document. It can't be undone, so download any documents you want to keep before you start.
What happens when you delete your account?
Your personal details, including your name, email, and address, are permanently deleted.
All saved progress and completed legal documents are removed.
You'll no longer be able to log in or access your documents.
Note: If you come back to Willful later, you'll need to create a new account and purchase a new plan.

How to delete your account
Open your account settings, or follow these steps:
Log in to your Willful account.
On desktop, click your profile icon in the top right corner. On mobile, open the menu in the top right corner.
Select Account settings.
Scroll to Delete your account at the bottom of the page.
Click Delete account. For your security, Willful sends a one-time code to your account email.
Enter the code in the One-time code field.
If the code doesn't arrive, check your junk or spam folder, or wait a few seconds and click Resend.
Click Verify code and delete.
Your account and documents are removed right away. Changed your mind? Click Cancel before verifying the code and nothing is deleted.
Common questions
Can I get my documents back after deleting?

I just want to pause for now. Do I need to delete my account?
There's nothing to pause. Your account stays open at no cost for as long as you like, and you can log back in anytime to pick up where you left off.
